1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene and preservation reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
2. How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders: 3–10 business days after processing.
Canada orders: 6–12 business days after processing (may vary with customs).
For other international orders, please email us to arrange shipping.
3. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we are accepting international orders through email. If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., please contact us at Rouyahcollection@gmail.com so we can arrange shipping for you personally.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, payments are processed through Zelle.

Each abaya has a size guide listed on its product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to DM us on Instagram or email us — we’re happy to help you find the right fit.
7. What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your address before completing your order. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, you may contact us for further assistance.
8. How do I care for my abaya or hijab?
To maintain quality, we recommend gentle hand washing or using a delicate machine cycle with cold water. Hang dry to preserve fabric shape and avoid shrinkage. Do not bleach.
9. Do you restock sold-out items?
Most pieces are limited edition, while others may be restocked. Follow us on Instagram/TikTok for restock updates and new collection launches.
